My main objection to your position is that you say that you favor individual rights. If that is the case, then at what point does a "fetus" become an individual? At what point does this individual organism become human?

This is the avoidance I routinely see. A lot of talk about "Women's Rights," but if she chose to have sex, then at what point were her rights violated? And, more importantly, what about the baby's right to live?
